Zachary C. Naidich was born and raised in New York City and is a committed advocate for his fellow New Yorkers. Mr. Naidich began his career in the Brooklyn Federal Courthouse, where he served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Ramon E. Reyes, Jr., before joining Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel’s litigation group, representing large corporations and high-net worth individuals in complex and high-profile cases. Today, he represents people seeking justice from their employers and helps train the next generation of lawyers as an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Law and Brooklyn Law School.
Mr. Naidich was recognized as a Super Lawyers, Rising Star, by Thomson Reuters (2020-2023) and he has been awarded The Legal Aid Society Pro Bono Publico Award (2019), the Marvin Frankel Pro Bono Award (2018 & 2019), and the Philip Hoffer Prize (2017).
